Welcome to Narra. Narra is a professional AI-powered tool that allows you to create Western-style adult comic books by uploading your own images (such as photos, illustrations, or sketches). By downloading, installing, and using Narra, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities. Importantly, Narra does not require you to create an account or log in to use any of its features—you can access all core functions directly, without providing any personal information, making your experience convenient and anonymous.

1. App Overview

Narra is designed to help you create high-quality Western-style adult comic books with ease. The App’s core feature allows you to upload images from your device’s local album, select your preferred Western comic style (such as classic Western, modern adult comic, or retro Western), and use advanced AI technology to convert your images into a complete, personalized comic book. The App supports previewing, editing, saving, and exporting your generated comic books to your device’s local album. You can use the App’s basic features for free, including generating a limited number of comic books and accessing basic Western comic styles. Advanced features, such as unlimited comic generation, exclusive Western comic styles, and watermark-free export, are available through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

2. Core Privacy Commitment: No Collection of Facial Information

We do not collect facial or biometric data. Narra does not collect, store, process, or transmit any facial information, facial recognition data, or biometric data of any kind. This includes all facial features, facial contours, facial landmarks, or any other data that can be used to identify or recognize an individual’s face. When you upload images containing human faces, the App only processes the images to convert them into the Western-style comic format you select—we never extract, store, or use any facial-related information from those images. Your facial privacy is fully protected, and we will never use any form of facial data for any purpose related to the App or its services.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Narra, you agree to the following responsibilities to ensure a positive and respectful experience for all users:

• You are solely responsible for the images you upload to the App. You must ensure that you have the right to use and upload any images you provide—you may not upload images that are owned by third parties (such as copyrighted photos, illustrations, or artwork) without their permission. You agree not to upload any images that are inappropriate, offensive, or violate the guidelines of the platform you use to download the App (such as Apple’s App Store).
• The comic books generated using Narra are intended for adult use only. You confirm that you are of legal adult age in your region to use the App and view the generated content. You agree not to share the generated comic books with minors or any individuals who are not of legal adult age.
• You agree to use the App in a way that does not damage, disrupt, or interfere with the App’s functionality or other users’ experience. You may not modify, copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the App’s code, features, or any part of the App.
• You are responsible for the security of your device and any data stored on it, including the images you upload and the comic books you generate. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your data due to unauthorized access to your device, accidental deletion, or any other issues related to your device’s security.
• You agree to use the generated comic books for personal use only. You may not use the generated content for commercial purposes, such as selling, distributing, or using it in advertising, without our prior permission.

4. App Features and Usage

• Free Features: The App offers free basic features, including uploading images, selecting basic Western comic styles, generating a limited number of comic books per day, and previewing/exporting generated comic books with a watermark. These free features are available to all users without any account registration or personal information.
• Advanced Features: Advanced features are available through in-app purchases or subscriptions, including unlimited comic book generation, exclusive Western comic styles (such as vintage Western, dark Western, or modern adult comic styles), watermark-free export, and priority access to new features and updates. The details of these advanced features, including pricing, are clearly displayed in the App’s in-app purchase section.
• Generated Content: All comic books generated using the App are stored locally on your device. You have full control over your generated content—you can preview, edit, delete, or export it at any time. Deleting a generated comic book from the App will permanently remove it from your device (unless you have exported it to your device’s local album or backed it up elsewhere).
• Image Uploads: When you upload images to the App, they are temporarily stored on your device for 48 hours (as detailed in the Privacy Policy) and then automatically deleted. You can also manually delete uploaded images at any time through the App’s “My Uploads” section.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Narra, including but not limited to the App’s code, design, logo, AI technology, and built-in comic styles, are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of these intellectual property rights without our prior permission. The comic books you generate using the App are your personal property, but you may not use them in a way that infringes on our or any third party’s intellectual property rights. If you upload images that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, you are solely responsible for any consequences arising from such infringement.

6. App Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time to improve its functionality, add new features, or optimize the user experience. These updates may include changes to the App’s interface, features, or performance. We will notify you of significant updates through a prompt within the App. By continuing to use the App after an update, you agree to use the updated version of the App.
